SIGN UP FOR A SINGLE DROP IN

GOALS : Improve overall Physical Fitness , Optimize physical competence.
FOCUS : Cardio, Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Accuracy.
DURATION : 1 hour Long

​* Hybrid membership has unlimited access to all classes offered;-including sweat, Yoga and Mat Pilates.

GOALS: Tone and weight lose ​-
FOCUS: Cardio , Endurance –
DURATION: Classes run between 30 -45 minutes leaving you out of breath soaked in sweat

*Sweat membership is limited to sweat classes only.​

FUNDAMENTALS WORKSHOP

‘Where and how do I begin’ is the biggest question asked- so of we have the answer for u!
This seminar is only two days where you will learn the basic fundamental movements, how to change your state of mind, nutritional guidance along with basic nutrition information and most important get mentally prepared for your new life change.

KIDS CLUB

Introducing the fitness and nutrition world to 7-11 years old kids.
By using fun games and activities, competitions and prizes.
The first steps to fitness are very important and our goal is to get the kids  enjoy the sweat and come back for more !

INTERVAL TEENS

The teens group is for the ages of 12-15.
We know and understand that the last thing that teenagers want to do is workout. This is why we came up with a program that is built in a way that the teens can enjoy the company of other kids their age, play different fitness games, competitions and other challenges that will make them forget (at least for an hour) their iPads, iPhones, tv and all the other electronic devices and actually do something good for themselves.
In their program we also bring up the awareness of healthy nutrition, and the importance of active fit life.

Program runs Monday – Thursday @5pm & Sundays @10:30am

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. we focous our yoga classes on opening range of motion, flexebility and proper mobility to improve our athlets preformance and reduce the chance of injury.
